Rights and Reproductions

Thank you for your interest in Patrick Nagel and his artwork. The Patrick Nagel Estate owns the international copyright to artwork created by Patrick Nagel and held by the estate of the artist. His artwork may not be reproduced in any way without express written permission from the Patrick Nagel Estate, including use by artificial intelligence (AI) programs. All requests for image use must be reviewed and approved by the Estate and Artestar, and his artwork may not be reproduced without our express written permission. We review requests on a per-case basis.

Licensing

Are you a company looking to license Patrick Nagel art for commercial use? Only Artestar has  permission to license the Nagel archive on behalf of the Patrick Nagel Estate. If someone else has granted you permission, you don’t have permission. Artestar is a global licensing agency  and creative consultancy representing the Estate of Patrick Nagel.
